Prof. Wang is a Professor and Associate Dean of the School of Mechanical Engineering at Southeast University (SEU), Nanjing, China. He serves as Director of the Management Committee of the Jiangsu Key Laboratory for Design and Manufacturing of Precision Medicine Equipment. Prior to joining SEU, he received his doctoral and postdoctoral training at The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK). His research focuses on medical-engineering interdisciplinary robotic systems, including collective behaviors of micro/nanorobots, medical imaging-guided delivery, and intelligent control system design. He has published over 50 papers in leading journals and conferences, including Nature Machine Intelligence, Science Robotics, Science Advances, Nature Communications, and IEEE Transactions. More than eight papers have been recognized as ESI Highly Cited Papers or Hot Papers, and several works have been featured by internationally renowned outlets such as Science and Nature News. He has also authored three monographs. Prof. Wang is an IEEE Senior Member and has received several prestigious awards, including the IEEE New Star Project, Xiaomi Young Scholar Award, and MINE Outstanding Young Scientist Award. He serves on the editorial boards of IEEE T-ASE, Int. J. Extreme Manuf., Soft Science, and Nano-Micro Lett., and has served as an Associate Editor for IROS, ICRA, AIM, and CASE. He also reviews for leading journals and conferences, including Science Robotics, Science Advances, Nature Communications, and PNAS. He serves as the Conf. Chair of IEEE ICACR2026 and the Conf. Program Chair of IEEE M2VIP2026.

Hong Zhu is currently an Associate Professor at the School of Mechanical Engineering, Southeast University. She received her Ph.D. in Materials Science at Fudan University and then worked as a Postdoctoral Fellow in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Her research interest focuses on actuation and sensing of soft microrobots based on smart materials and has expertise in the synthesis and fabrication of various materials as well as micro- and nanofabrication processes. She has published more than 20 papers in peer-reviewed journals, including Science Robotics, Advanced Materials, and Advanced Functional Materials.

Zhiqiang Tang is currently an Associate Professor at the School of Mechanical Engineering, Southeast University (SEU), Nanjing, China. He received his Ph.D. in Electronic Engineering at The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK) in 2021. Before joining SEU, he was a Postdoctoral Fellow in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at National University of Singapore (NUS) and Singapore-MIT Alliance for Research and Technology (SMART) Centre. His research focuses on robot learning and control, soft robots, embodied intelligence, and medical robots. He has published more than 20 papers in peer-reviewed journals, including Science Advances, International Journal of Robotics Research, Soft Robotics, and IEEE Transactions series. He served as a member of the Youth Editorial Board of SmartBot and organized a special issue on soft robots as a guest editor.
Mr. Yimin Sun received his M.Eng. from Nanjing University of Science and Technology (南京理工大学). His research interests focus on automated magnetic control and deep learning.
Mr. Xuanyu An joined Qianqian Wang's team in 2024. He received his M.Eng. from Imperial College London (帝国理工学院). His research interests focus on microrobotic swarm control and automation.
Mr. Haoyu Zhang received his B.Eng. from Southeast University (东南大学) in 2024. His research interests the dynamics and control of micro/nanorobots.
Mr. Yuanbiao Ma received his B.Eng. from Hefei University of Technology (合肥工业大学) in 2023. His research interests include magnetically controlled continuum robotics and automated magnetic control system.
Mr. Qijun Yang received his M.Eng. from Southeast University (东南大学) in 2026. His research interests focus on multimodal Human-Computer Interaction.
Mr. Bin Wang received his B.Eng. from Southeast University (东南大学) in 2023. His research focuses on magnetically actuated soft robots.
Mr. Jiansheng Du received his B.Eng. from Southeast University (东南大学) in 2024. His main research interests are medical imaging-guided robotic planning, control, and navigation.
Mr. Shengming Luo received his M.Eng. from Southeast University (东南大学) in 2026. His research interests focus on Embodied AI.
Ms. Zhengyun Li received her B.Eng. from Southeast University (东南大学) in 2024. Her research interests focus on the design and control of magnetic continuum robots.
Mr. Wenye Su joined Qianqian Wang's team in 2026 after two years of working as a student counselor at the Student Affairs Office, Southeast University (东南大学). He received his B.Eng. from Southeast University (东南大学) in 2024.
Mr. Hao Xie received his B.Eng. from Hefei University of Technology (合肥工业大学) in 2024. He is currently an intern at Deep Robotics (云深处,卓工).
